He is survived by: his children, Jeff Bland (Stephanie Carper Bland) of Fort Spring, Jeannie Bland of Sinks Grove and Shirley Wilson Bland of Sinks Grove; his grandchildren, Martha Bland Compton (Ryan) of Peterstown, Joshua Bland of Organ Cave and Andrew Bland of Organ Cave; his stepgreat-grandson Zayne Carper of Ronceverte; his siblings, Sue Fritz of Baltimore, MD, Joyce Hoke of Sinks Grove, Charlotte Clarkson of Gap Mills, John Bland of Sinks Grove, Jerry Bland of Sinks Grove, Albert Bland of Fort Spring and Ernest Bland of Sinks Grove; and his close friends, John, Fred Lephew and Freddy Longanacre. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, and many other friends.
