She was loved and cherished by many people including: her great-great-grandparents, Robert, Jane Ramsey Patton of County Donegal and Second Creek; her parents, John Nelson and Bessie Florence Parker Patton; her husband Frank H. Bailey, Jr. of Sinks Grove; her siblings, Billy Patton of Sinks Grove, Frances Patton Irons of Union and Ethel Patton Purser of Athens, WV; her grandsons, Seamus Patrick O'Brien of Alderson and Timothy Jason Bailey of Sinks Grove; and her children, Bill Bailey (Karen) of Peterstown, WV, Frank Bailey III (Patti) of Venice, FL, Frances Bailey O'Brien of Ronceverte, WV, Brenda Bailey Walker of Union, WV, Philip Bailey, Carolyn of Beaver, WV and Richard Bailey of Sinks Grove, WV.. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests those planning on attending the services wear a mask and practice social distancing.
