He was predeceased by: his parent William Thomas; his wife Betty Sue Stout (McWhorter); his grandson Garret Stout; his daughter-in-law Brenda Stout; and his siblings, Thelma Adkins, Pauline Dennison, Virginia Stout, Wood, Woodrow and Elwood Stout.
He is survived by: his parent Daisy Stout (Sigley); his children, Deborah Sue Jenkins and Woodbridge "Baxter" Stout of Simpson; his grandchildren, Kirby Stout of Slanesville, WV and Marlee Stout of Grafton; his great grandchildren, Lee Stout and Lane Stout; his brother Benwood Stout; and his sister-in-law Joyce Stout of Rittman, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations be made in Woody's name to the Grafton Lion's Club 98 Meadland Road, Flemington, WV 26347 or to the Blueville United Methodist Church 195 Blueville Drive, Grafton, WV 26354.
