He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Chill" Barber and Deanna Starcher (Waller) of Barrackville; his brother Charles Ray Barber Jr.; and his daughter Sherry Lynn Barber. He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Barber (Tonya) of Fairmont and Benjamin "Ben" Barber of Simpson; his grandchildren, Jocelynn and Brooklynn Barber; and his siblings, Lois Carol Purdy (Kurt) of Fairfax, VA, Curt Barber (Kim) of Fairmont, Bradley "Brad" Barber of Morgantown and Bonnie Webster (Carl) of Fairmont.
