He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne C. Spiggle, Sr. and Margaret Lenora Spiggle (Gnegy); his stepmother Isabel Spiggle (Eshelman); his brother David; and also Lynn.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Spiggle (Sutton) of Short Gap, WV; his brother George (Nancy Spiggle) of Hudson, FL; his children, Sheryl (Jascha Lee) of Charlottesville, VA, Lora (Dan Boe) of Cumberland, MD, Jennifer Suttie of Monterey Peninsula, CA, Lee Brown (Pam) of Short Gap, WV and Dianne (Craig Scott) of Short Gap, WV.; his grandchildren, Jacob, Elliot Lee, Nick Yared, Kendall Harrison, Albert Boe, AndiJo Suttie, Ashlee (Ethan Cook), Ben Brown (Candace), Amber (Justin Nieves), Alyssa and Eliza Scott; and his great grandchildren, Finn, Emilia, Jocelyn, Alex Cook, Wyatt, Mason Nieves and Jayce Grumblatt.
