She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Edward Haines and Vallie Haines (McKee) of Virginia; her brother Eugene Haines; and her great grandchild Avery Brook Ackerman. She is survived by: her husband Delmer "Buck" Ackerman; her children, Daniel Lee Ackerman (Linda), Robert Wayne Ackerman (Angie) and Della Rae Riggs (Bob); her grandchildren, Tiffiny Marie Ackerman (Denise), Katrina Rae Louise Kirby (Patrick), Robert Odell Ackerman (Shannon) and Brittany Nicole Ackerman (Jerris); her great grandchildren, MacKenzie, Bailey Kirby, Jerris, Giamari Smith and Bryce Ackerman; her stepgrandson Bobby Riggs (Jessica); her sisters, Elaine Martin (Frank) and Wilma Jordan (Phil); and her sister-in-law Patricia Haines. She is also survived by five children and two grandchildren.
