He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph L. Wagoner and Mabel Wagoner (Ward). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Wagoner (Stemple); his children, Robert Wagoner (Christina) of Sturgis, MI, Jeffery Wagoner (Kim), Wiley Ford and LuAnn Long (Greg); his grandchildren, Jason Lawing (Marina), Jena Garretts (Stepahan), Zachary Wagoner (Aliya), Jason Sidaway (Amanda), Nicki Poland (CJ), Britley Powers (Bryan), Tiffany Campbell (Ronnie), Kathryn Crites (Todd), Joshua Long, Erin Holbrook and Josh Suttles; and his pet Buster. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins.
