He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. Blackburn and Carmen Blackburn (Welch); and his sisters, Jean Hoover and Laverne Heishman. He is survived by: his wife Lois Blackburn (Kesecker); his children, Kevin D. Blackburn (Evelyn), Donald L. Blackburn (Cheryl) and Kendra S. Cleavenger (Brian) of Greensboro, NC; and his grandchildren, Wade Cleavenger, Blair Cleavenger, Christopher Blackburn, Cody Kroll, Charles, Hagel, Jordan Hamilton and Chris. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
