He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Neely and Sada Neely (Wayson); his wife Mildred Neely; his siblings, Christina Snyder, Patricia Metz and George Neely; and his stepdaughter Deborah Drenning.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Regena Miller and Angela Williams. He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren; 12 step-great grandchildren; and 7 step-great-great grandchildren.
