He was predeceased by: his parents, Lela Deetz (Bergman) and Leroy Deetz; his grandmother Edna Bergman; his aunt Ramona Warder; and his cousin Conrad Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Deetz (Reid); his children, Heather Deetz (David Streett) and Bradford K. "Brad" Deetz, Jr.; his grandchildren, MacKenzie Grace Swindell and Jahir Maurice Gomez; his brother Dennis Deetz (Vivian); his nephews, Timothy Royer, John Royer (Brenda) and Mathew Royer; his niece Stangle (Troy); his cousin Keith Campbell; and also Isaias Gomez.
