He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Luther and Edna Luther; his son Eric Shane Luther; his brothers, David Luther, Jim Luther (Sylvia), Allen Luther and Steven Smith; his in-laws, Ronnie and Bonnie Mullins; his nephews, Jeff Mullins and Gregory Mullins; and his niece Christi Luther.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Luther; his daughter Shannon Luther; his grandson Collin; his siblings, Monroe Luther (Emma), Wayne Luther, Scott Smith (Zenie), Lois Luther and Barbara Walters (John); his loyal sidekick Ozzy; his nephew Tim Mullins; and his nieces, Tammy Mullins (Chris), Nikki Schmidt (Michael) and Laura Brown. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rollins Funeral Home (1822 Chestnut St, Kenova, WV 25530). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
