It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Twigg (Shirley, West Virginia), who passed away on March 23, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray E. Twigg and Winifred Mullin Twigg; his son Clinton A. Twigg; and his siblings, Betty Jane Ficik, Mildred V. Ritchie, Norma Jean Federico, Alfred W. William F. and Robert J. Twigg.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mae Lease Twigg; his sons, Joseph E. Twigg (Mary) of Jacksonville, NC, Edwin Twigg (Michelle) of Keller, TX and Darin Twigg (Sabrina) of Augusta, WV; his daughter-in-law Roxann Twigg; and his siblings, Roy Earl Twigg of Freemont, OH, Dailey D. Twigg of Springfield, WV and Audrey Davidson of Freemont, OH. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
