"Rick" Wolford (Joy) of Philippi; his grandchildren, Jonathan Victor, William F. Victor II, Rebecca Wiles, Tiffany Victor, Matthew Waddell, Brandy Shores and Justin Vance; his great grandchildren, Zachary, Elizabeth, Robert, Owenn, Liam, Emily, Alexia and Olivia; and his great great grandchild Jordan.
