He was predeceased by: his grandmother June Stevens. He is survived by: his parents, Travis Stevens (Mandy) of Shinnston and Crystal Stevens (Mark) of Lumberport; his sister Haley Stevens (Chris); his grandparents, Patty and Toby Prangler; and his great-grandparents, Bobbie and Clarence Miller of Wallace.
