It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Kay Lipscomb of Shinnston, West Virginia, born in Fairmont, West Virginia, who passed away on October 31, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Emery Curtis Lipscomb; and her sister Peggy Ann Glaspell. She is survived by: her mother Mary Ann Gooden Lipscomb; her daughters, Jasmine E. (Jacob Reed) of Shinnston and Kaylyn M. Lipscomb of Shinnston; her granddaughter Emorie Reed; her brother Glen Curtis (Alberta Lipscomb) of Taylor County; and her brother-in-law Silas "Buddy" Glaspell of Clay County. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
