He is survived by: his children, Kelly Gibson, Brian O'Hara (Riley), Ryan O'Hara, Kristal O'Hara and Marley O'Hara; his grandchildren, Wren O'Hara, Lawson Calabrese and Brylee Calabrese; and his siblings, Kelly O'Hara (Josh), Vicki Skurka (Mike), Dan O'Hara and Carrie Gutierrez (Joe).
