It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Fogel of Shinnston, West Virginia, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior George Tucker and Wilma Katherine Dunn Drummond; her husband Carl H. Fogel; her stepdaughter Patricia Beckwith; and her son-in-law David Starcher.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Burr (Tim), Randy Pasquarelli (Cindy) and Tresa Starcher; her stepsons, John Pasquarelli (Crystal) of Madison, OH and Nick Pasquarelli (Mary) of Madison, OH; her grandchildren, David "Bub" Mazzei (Wendy), Jessica Lindsey (Jesse), Matthew Starcher (Samantha) and Katy Pasquarelli (Chris); her great grandchildren, Christopher Mazzei, Cole Matthew Lindsey, Hendrix James Starcher and Halen Nicole Starcher; and her close friends, Judy Fleece, Patty Arnold and Dorothy Chandler. She is also survived by several step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
