C, Van Slyke (Amber) of Pittsburgh, Jeremy Van Slyke of Clarksburg and Jesse Van Slyke of Butler, Pennsylvania; her brothers, Charles and Harold Boggs; and her nieces and nephews, Janet, Kirby Jones, G. C. Darby, Dave McGuire, Kim, Todd Taylor, Lisa and George Tong. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
