She is survived by: her husband Denver Johnson; her daughter Nancy Johnson; her son-in-law Rick Johnson of Huntersville, NC; her son Mark Johnson; her daughter-in-law Laurie Johnson of Woodstock, GA; her daughter Paulette Shaffer; her son-in-law Dan Shaffer of Bridgeport, WV; her daughter Jennifer Simmons; her son-in-law Todd Simmons of League City, TX; her grandchildren, Christopher Johnson, William Shaffer, Allie Simmons, Zach Simmons and Avery Simmons; her brother Paul Smallridge; and her sister-in-law Karen Smallridge of Greenville, SC..
