It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Hazel Allen (Shinnston, West Virginia), who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shiffra and Lena Shiffra; her former husband Russell Lee Wallace; her husband Bernard Clifton Allen; her son Randall Lee Wallace; her grandson Joshua Lee Oldaker; her great grandchild Harper Olive Allen; and her brother John Wayne Shiffra.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Allen Wallace of Clarksburg, Russelle (Rusty), Eddie DeVito of Fairmont, Rhonda (Gary Oldaker), Rozalind (Gary Oldaker Jr.), Ryan (Valerie Wallace) and Roy (Nancy Allen); her siblings, Mary Savina, Flora Humphrey, Deannie Caloccia, Mickey Shiffra (Donna) and Linda Crislip; and her caregivers, Sandy Luchuck, Ashley Ashcraft and Lori Feathers. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
