She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Oliverio and Teresa Oliverio; her husband James F. Fazalare; and her siblings, Sam Oliverio, Josephine Selario and Victoria Fratto.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Fazalare (Marie) of Weirton, WV and Carolyn Kite (Carl) of Wheeling, WV; and her grandchildren, Amy Miller, Dr. Joseph Fazalare (Krysta), Cara Hawkins (Jeremiah), Christopher Kite and Catherine Kite. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
