She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Quinn and Margaret Hall Quinn; her former husbands, Alonzo Clark Sampson and Homer M. Farley, Sr.; and her siblings, Donald Quinn, Jackie Quinn, Norma Sendling, Arnold Ray Quinn, Larry Quinn, Brenda Richards and Carol Ann Wallace.
She is survived by: her husband James M. Sparkman; her son Homer Farley, Jr. (Judy) of Shinnston; and her brother Terry Quinn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
