He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Andrick and Patricia Smith Andrick. He is survived by: his son Jeremy Andrick; his granddaughter Madilyn Andrick; his stepson Tyson Quinones; and his siblings, Randall Andrick (Hope), Dawn McClain and Beth Bice (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
