He was predeceased by: his parents, Okey Cowger and Sylvia Jordan Cowger; and his wife Karen Smith Cowger. He is survived by: his daughter Twana Cowger; his grandson Gabriel Sturm; his sisters, Wilma Jean Carpenter (Dempsey) and Katherine Anderson (Paul Junior); his girlfriend Anna Lanham; and his partner's children, Phillip Lanham, Victoria Watkins, Jennifer Levinsky and Jacquelyn Flowers. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
