She was predeceased by: her husband Jay Jennings; her daughter Tina Loychik; her nephew Brian Scott; and her brother-in-law John Arcuri. She is survived by: her parents, Clovis Ice and Isabell Ice; her children, Garry Mitcham, Nicole Douglas (Tim) and Vicki Hernandez (Rafael); her siblings, Mary Scott, Linda Wadsworth (Ken), Brenda Arcuri, Rick Ice (Connie) and Larry Ice; and her grandchildren, Kyle, Brittany, Tyler, Ethan, Toby, Isaiah, Izzy, Xavier and Karen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.
