He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chrastina and Bernice McDaniel Chrastina; his siblings, Kent Chrastina, William "Bill" Chrastina, Roger Chrastina, David Chrastina, Larry Chrastina, James Chrastina and Bernice S. Davis; and his sister-in-law Janice Chrastina.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jody Gandy of Gilbert, AZ and Kimberly Gambino of Troy, MT; his grandchildren, Jennifer Novick (Clay) of Gilbert, AZ, Julena Gandy of Cedaredge, CO, Travis Gambino (Jennifer) and Andrew Gambino; his great grandchildren, Nautika Larson of Cedaredge, CO, Zoe Gambino and Duke Gambino; and his siblings, Leonard P. Chrastina of Dallas, TX, Arlene Durbin of Dallas, TX, Carol Heldreth of Shinnston, Barbara Fidellow (Edward) of El Salvador and Betty Gibson (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
