He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. See and Blanche See. He is survived by: his close friend Phyllis Joan Weber; his sons, David Bradley See (Leigh Ann) of Delmar, DE, Edward Allen See (Maria) of Melbourne, FL and William James See (Teresa) of Delmar, DE.; his granddaughter Jessica Hartman; and his cousins, Betty Walker (Paul) of Jane Lew, WV and Don Hutson (Caroline) of Nutter Fort, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
