He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Wayne Hinerman and Hazel Juanita Hinerman (Pennington). He is survived by: his children, Cindy Collins of Fairmont and Mark Hinerman of Fairmont; his grandsons, Cyrus Collins III (Krystal) of Mannington, Cody Collins of Worthington and Colton Collins of Fairmont; his great grandchildren, Cyrus Collins, Levi Hendershot, Allison Collins, Bryar Helmick, Harlow Helmick and Waylon Helmick; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Knight of Worthington and Judy Swiger (Paul) of Enterprise. He is also survived by four nephews and many cousins.
