He was predeceased by: his parents, William French Frame and Bonnie Meadows Frame; and his siblings, Darius Greathouse, Arthur Greathouse, Hubert Greathouse, Edward Frame, Ronald Frame, Roger Frame and Ellen Jane Sanford.
He is survived by: his wife Leona Frame; his daughters, Donna L. Howard (Stephen G.) and Frances Frame; his grandchildren, Heather Howard and Steven W. Howard; and his siblings, Faye Propps (Jennings), Judy Meadows (Tom Jarvis), Iris Spencer and Jerry Frame (Susie).
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harmer Funeral Home (300 Pike St, Shinnston, WV 26431). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
