She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Pickens and Gladys Pickens (West); her husband Wilbert Minor; her children, Gary Minor, Marlene Minor (Neff) and Enith Minor (Wright); her siblings, Elaine Wright, Harold Pickens, Franklin Pickens, Ronald Pickens, Evelyn Bragg and Beatrice Chambers; her grandson Darin Neff; and her sons-in-law, Tom Neff and Charles Wright.
She is survived by: her son David Minor (Becky) of Shinnston; her siblings, Eugene Pickens (Lynn) and Carol Ann Morrissey (Ed); her grandchildren, Chad Wilson (Amy), Shannon Minor (Maria) and Erin Minor (Matt); her great grandchildren, Kirstein, Jerry, Chandler, Dakota, Duncan and Connor; her great great grandchildren, Wrenlei, Eleanor, Romy and Pierson; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lee, Sloan and Alex; and also Doyle Cowger.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harmer Funeral Home (300 Pike St, Shinnston, WV 26431). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
