He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred G. Arnold and Florence J. Blankenship Arnold; and his brothers, Robert Arnold and James Arnold. He is survived by: his sons, David Arnold, Jr. (Samantha Pillo) and James Arnold (Kayla Bender); his grandchildren, Braiden, Colbie, Logan, Aiden, Jason, Layal and Christopher; and his siblings, Fred Arnold, Christina, Geral Calkins, Kenneth and Enterprises. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
