She was predeceased by: her father John Hinebaugh; her son Jeffrey Thomas Phillips; her brothers, Richard Lee and John Edward Hinebaugh; and the father of her children Thomas L. Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Heldreth (Mike) of Wyatt, WV, Cheryl Richards, Dana Moschella (Moe) of Shinnston, WV and Michael T. Phillips (Courtney) of Georgetown, SC; her grandchildren, AJ DelRio, Rick DelRio, Brian Shackleford, Jared Heath, Michael Moschella, Haydon Oaks, Sebastian Phillips, Ariana Phillips and Emma Phillips; her great grandchildren, Brock A. DelRio, Bria L DelRio, Kaylee Moschella, Anthony DelRio and Ava DelRio; and her siblings, Barbara McCarthy, Sue Lewis, Dale Hinebaugh, Gloria Woods, Debra Jones, Steven Hinebaugh and Kim Yeager.
