She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Otes and Amy Rebecca Fisher Haught; her husband Roy Shannon Cayton; her siblings, Dorothy Haught, Patty Higginbotham (Richard), Shirley Spencer (James) and William Haught; her brother-in-law Ronald Merrill; and her brother Max Lawrence Haught.
She is survived by: her son John Shannon Cayton of Clarksburg; and her sisters, Judy Singleton (Richard) of Shinnston, Nettie Merrill of Farmington and Terry Freeland (Arthur) of Idamay. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
