Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Arthur Randall leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur A. Barnes and Anna Davis Barnes Winter; his wife Elizabeth I. "Betty" Shreves Barnes; his son Randy Lee Barnes; and his brother Ronald Barnes.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harmer Funeral Home (300 Pike St, Shinnston, WV 26431). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
