It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winfried Viktor Oxfort (Shepherdstown, West Virginia), who passed away on December 4, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph, Gerhart, Ursula and Gertrude. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his son Paul (Lee Anne McLean); his granddaughter Katherine Elise (Katie); and his brother Karl. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
