With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Saundra Annette Moreland of Shepherdstown, West Virginia, born in Wooster, Ohio, who passed away on May 8, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Elwood Specht and Anne Specht (Paparone); and her husband Eldridge Moreland, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Eldridge G. Moreland III (Wendy), Glenn H. Moreland (Susie) and Joshua L. Moreland (Margarita); and her siblings, Don Specht (Nancy) and Jane Feltzentreger. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
