She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack C. Bowerman and Ruby L. Bowerman. She is survived by: her husband William D. May; her sons, Chad Dexter of Rockville, MD, Clinton May of Arlington, VA, Cameron May of Ashville, NC and Ross May of Shepherdstown, WV.; her brothers, Jack and Richard Bowerman of Simpsonville, SC; and her granddaughter Norah Dexter of Frederick, MD.. She is also survived by her family grew, she was a most devoted wife and mother to her four boys.
