She was predeceased by: her parents, William Spickler and Pauline Taylor Spickler; and her daughter Heather Lynn Renaud. She is survived by: her husband Howard "Tootie" Wines, Jr.; her sons, Donnie Russell (Jackie) of Boonsboro, MD and Shawn Russell of Shepherdstown; her brother William "Bill" Spickler, II; her grandchildren, Kara, Brandon and Cameron; and her great grandchild Ava. She is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family.
