It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raleigh Donley (Shepherdstown, West Virginia), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on October 29, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Helen Broderick. He is survived by: his grandparents, Fertile Plains and Shepherdstown; his son Upon; his wife Jean; his son Gary; his sister Edith Sherman; his granddaughter Wendy Donley; his daughter-in-law Linda Layne-Donley; and his cousins, Samuel Donley and William Donley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
