He is survived by: his wife Susan Madeline McCampbell; his sons, Patrick Michael, Kevin Matthew (Mina) and Christopher Allen McCampbell (Sasha); his grandchildren, Kyle and Aliya; and his siblings, Larry David McCambell, Vicki Frank and Carol Kelliher.
