He is survived by: his mother Mildred Marie Keyes Mason; his close friend Sharon Kay Hamilton of Martinsburg; and his sisters, Debra Arkum (Gary Hatfield) of Martinsburg, Belinda Engle (Samuel) of Halltown, Tammy Engle (Todd) of Martinsburg and Lori Ann Fincham (Mike Fraley) of Charles Town.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
