She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Leonard and Lilly Plottner Leonard; and her daughter Samantha Shade. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Shade; her daughter Joanna Shade (Anthony Harder); her grandchildren, Landen, Kierstyn, Kailynn and Ellieana; and her siblings, Danny, Willy Leonard, Diane Longerbeam and Jeannie Chapman.
