He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Virgil Ray Homan, Sr. and Leafy A. Mitchell Homan; his brothers, Morris, Richard, Reid and Walter Homan; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanne and Ruby Homan.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Susan Homan and Sarah Homan Speck; his granddaughter Jacqueline Speck (Jackie); his wife Loretta Homan; his brother Virgil Homan, Jr.; his sister-in-law Jean Ann Homan; and his granddaughters, Emma and Jackie. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
