With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Claudine Goforth of Shepherdstown, West Virginia, who passed away on October 28, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman C. Gunter and Maddie Lee Gunter; and her brother Elgin Gunter. She is survived by: her daughters, Jill Goforth of Annapolis, Michele Moskowitz of Shepherdstown and Dianne Sims of Shallotte; her grandchildren, Sara Sims, Nathan Sims, Joshua Moskowitz and Cory Moskowitz; and her brothers, Thomas Gunter of Haddock, Georgia and Jerry Donald Gunter of Haddock, Georgia. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
