He was predeceased by: his parents, Israel L Hark and Tessie J Hark; and his nephew Allen Lee Hark. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Moyers Hark; his brother Ben (Jane) of Charleston, WV; and his niece Laura Hark Plumley of Shady Spring, WV.
