He was predeceased by: his father David N. Monn; and his daughter Rebekah A. Price (Italy). He is survived by: his partner Gail L. Patterson; his sons, David Courtney, Sr. (Melanie) of Shippensburg, PA and Andy Monn (Kimberly) of Shippensburg, PA; his mother Betty M. Monn of Smithsburg, MD; his siblings, Connie Draper (Junior) of Smithsburg, MD, Brenda Sauter (Ray) of Falling Waters, WV, Terry (Pat) of Converse, TX, Lloyd (Helen) of State Line, PA and Wayne (Melissa) of Hagerstown, MD.; and his partner's children, Elizabeth, David and Catherine. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430 would be greatly appreciated.
