It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ruth Porter of Shepherdstown, West Virginia, who passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry P. Northcraft and Olive I. Northcraft. She is survived by: her husband Frederick W. Porter Jr.; her daughters, Pamela Niziolek (John), Cyndy Jones and Amy Lagon (Brian); and her grandchildren, Grant, Ross Beehler, Stefan Niziolek, Alexis, Kelsey Lagon and Porter Jones.
