With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brian O'Neill Jr. (Shepherdstown, West Virginia), who passed away on September 11, 2018 at the age of 23. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Brian O'Neill and Lee O'Neill; his siblings, Brandon, Daniyal, Mikayla and Julia; his grandparents, Carolyn O'Neill, Bill O'Neill and Sirrka Fullerton; his cousin Nonni; his grandfather Bob Centofanti; and also, Deanna Shears and Marge Centofanti. He is also survived by his friends that were family in his heart. "Make him proud! Be strong! Live life to the fullest!" Family will receive friends.
