He was predeceased by: his father Calvin Lee Crouse; and his brother Lee Crouse Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Frances Helen Barrett Crouse; his wife Sandra Lynn Byrd Crouse; his daughter Sherree Kifer (Jeremy Sr.); his grandchildren, Isabella Bayles, Maelynn, Quinton, Jeremy Jr., Noah and Luka Kifer; and his siblings, Christopher Crouse, Jo Carol Toms and Kathy Weng. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
