She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Foley and Lucy Foley; her husbands, Skinny Hammond and James Warren LaRue; her sons, Jimmy Hammond and Aaron Hill; and her granddaughter Jessie LaRue.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Hammond Hill; her daughter-in-law Derby Hammond; her grandchildren, Christina Williams (Dulaney), Bethanne Elbert (Scott), Kelli Stewart (James), Corey LaRue (Kim), Jason LaRue (Tonya) and Jeremy LaRue (Danielle); her great grandchildren, Baylor Williams, Heston LaRue, Corbin LaRue and Mady Burner; and her nieces and nephews, Powell Juliano, Jane Rutherford (John), Beverly Hill, Tim Shepherd (Sandy), Charlie Lucas (Linda) and Rick Lucas (Mary).
A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Elmwood Cemetery (4849 Kearneysville Pike, Shepherdstown, WV 25443).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, in Anne's memory, may be made to the Jefferson County Meals on Wheels or Hospice of the Panhandle.
